Return and Exchange Policy

Tirkaso offers a return policy allowing customers to inspect the goods upon delivery. If the received parcel is incorrect, the customer can contact their online customer services department to arrange for a return and refund the payment.

Exception

We will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 14 days of the date of delivery /receipt provided that:

  1. older than 7 days
  2. opened, unsealed, used or missing any accessories.
  3. an audio or video recording or computer software that has been unsealed.
  4. a newspaper, periodical or magazine;
  5. a foodstuff, beverage, or other product intended for everyday consumption;
  6. a nursing or maternity product that has been unsealed, including (but not limited to) breast pumps, bottles, formula, maternity underwear, nappies and wipes;
  7. a beauty product or fragrance which has been used;
  8. a product which has been personalized or made to your specifications.

Below is the Tirkaso Supply returns policy

  1. No returns of underwear or boxers or panties will be permitted
  2. No returns of any body-piercing jewelry (including earrings) will be permitted.
  3. No returns of Final End of Season Sale items will be permitted
  4. Any factory fault must be reported in 7 days on the received parcel thru our support email address
  5. To request a refund the parcel must be returned back within 4 working days after received.

Return and Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a credit which can be used to place a new order, and all the criteria you need to follow the process below:

  1. Tirkaso online returns and exchanges portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.tirkaso.com
  2. All returns will be exchanged to different items or refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  3. If You Receive Wrong Parcel Phone our customer services call center at +27 71 885 4829 or send an email to support@tirkaso.com and log the return with them. We will organize a courier company to collect the parcel.
  4. Returns for incorrect or defective products upon delivery are free of charge. However, if a customer chooses to cancel their order, the original courier fee will not be refunded. In the case of a correct delivery, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  5. A customer initially reports that their order is defective, but upon inspecting the product upon arrival, it is verified to be both accurate and in excellent condition (with no issues that would warrant a return or refund), the responsibility for the return shipping expenses will rest with the customer.
  6. The warranty conditions and duration for each product are unique and depend on the specific type of product you are purchasing. To get detailed information about the warranty coverage for a particular product, you can refer to the product's dedicated page or section, where all the relevant warranty details will be provided.
  7. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  8. Tirkaso Supply is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

In store returns

  1. Visit any of our stores and our staff will assist you with your return. Please note the original courier fee will not be refunded.
  2. You will need to bring in an invoice for your Order that you receive with your package as proof of purchase. in order for our staff to assist you with your return.

Exchange

  1. If you'd like a different color or size, you can exchange the item at any Tirkaso store.
  2. For in-store exchanges, you will need to bring in a printed copy of your Order Confirmation. email with you as proof of purchase in order for our staff to assist you with your exchange.
